Eligibility Criteria
We serve veterans who are currently experiencing homelessness or are at risk, with a primary focus on those who have received an honorable or general military discharge.
Required Documents
Applicants must provide their DD214 form, a valid government-issued photo ID, and any existing medical or social service records that assist in assessing housing needs.
Initial Intake
Our team conducts a personalized intake interview to explore your service history and current challenges, ensuring we can provide the right level of support.
Program Entry
Following assessment and approval, we facilitate your orientation and placement into one of our transitional homes to begin your journey toward permanent stability.
